BORDER TOWN

Crescent City - just 15 miles south of the Oregon border, fog didn't lift till 4pm, and it's not looking good for the next few days. Along w/the cold not much to see. Have learned that Pelican Bay - the state of the art federal maximum security prison is just 8 miles up the road.
What a shame to put a place like that here
