Saw many great boats, including Dennis Connor's Stars and Stripes, America's Cup boat now owned by someone here and currently being repaired.

Some of the floating neighborhoods are less grand than others, but still interesting. And the phone system works.

One under construction is offered for $1.1million that doesn't include the $835 per month for berth rent, plus utilities, etc. What a deal!
